Our Packages - How It Works

Hourly Rate Structure

We offer flexible hourly rates to suit a range of business needs.

The minimum charge is £20.00 per hour

The exact rate is based on the type of support required and the experience level of the Executive Assistant. Our EA's have full autonomy on their pricing with our approval.

Package Commitment

Our service packages are designed for consistency and effectiveness.

The minimum package is 20 hours per month with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

This ensures our EAs have enough time to fully integrate and deliver meaningful support and gives you access to tailored, high quality assistance that aligns with your business goals.

Package Options

The minimum total commitment over 3 months is 60 hours and the maximum total commitment is 160 hours. We have a range of package options to suit your business needs:

  • EA Spark - 20 hrs/month
  • EA Propel - 40 hrs/month
  • EA Horizon - 60 hrs/month
  • EA Elevate - 80 hrs/month
